The festivities include a private dinner at his restaurant Straits, a voter-registration drive and community barbecue, a pool party, a bowling party, an all-star celebrity softball game and a bash celebrating his birthday a couple of weeks early.Expected guests include Polow Da Don, Mario, Ne-Yo, Floyd Mayweather, Meagan Good, T-Pain, Jermaine Dupri, Gabrielle Union, CIARA, Trey Songz, Big Boi, Usher, Monica, Swizz Beatz, Michael Jordan, Dallas Austin, Cee-Lo and Lauren London.
